The International Federation of Head and Neck Oncologic Societies (IFHNOS) has introduced a new and exciting comprehensive Fellowship training program in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology, the International Fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery.
The program is designed to recognize international centers of excellence offering the highest standards of academic and clinical fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgery to future generations of surgeons.
The program consists of the following components:
1) Clinical training for the candidate at an accredited fellowship program for 1-2 years.
2) Completion of the IFHNOS Global On Line Fellowship (GOLF) program by the candidate, including 7 written examinations and final oral examination.
3) Upon successful completion, candidates may use the title of “IFHNS” after their name.
4) Recognition that the fellowship program meets the highest international standards of training.
